To cancel your appointment, please contact the Spa at the least 5 hours before the appointment for late cancellation or rescheduling. Please note that you forfeit the deposit if you cancel, the Spa will only allow rescheduling of the appointment. 50% Deposit is required to confirm your booking, without deposit no appointment will be confirmed.
