Cancellation Policy
To cancel your appointment, please contact the Spa at the least 5 hours before the appointment for late cancellation or rescheduling. Please note that you forfeit the deposit if you cancel, the Spa will only allow rescheduling of the appointment. 50% Deposit is required to confirm your booking, without deposit no appointment will be confirmed. Please always arrive 15 minutes before to prepare for the session, late arrival will compromise the quality of the session. Thank you
